When you download any Linux OS from any internet mirror, you will most likey download it as an iso image file. You will need an iso recorder/burner. Usually it comes with Windows XP and with Vista and it is for free. If you do not have it, download it from there:

ومن ثم تحتاج إلى إنزال برنامج لحرق الملف على سى دى. هذا البرنامج إسمه
iso burner
ويمكن إنزاله من الوصلة بأعلى.
